The WEBA Knockout Finals and Presentation were held on the Saturday 12th September 2026 at Sighthill Bowling club.
It was a fantastic day with some terrific bowls played and some very close matches. Fortunately the weather held up as it was forecast to be a rainy day, but, it stayed dry for the duration which made it so much better than was forecast.
Many thanks were given to Sighthill Bowling Club, the Greenkeepers from all clubs, and all the players that were involved in the WEBA leagues throughout the season.
Thanks were also given to the bar staff of Sighthill BC for keeping us refreshed throughout the day and a special thanks to Elaine Walsh who supplied the catering with her, it has to be said, outstanding food. People indulging in thirds, never mind seconds!
A thank you to our Singles marker Mr Peter Johnson from Colinton BC, and of course our umpire for the day Mr Stuart Blake for his officiating duties.
